Double Standard

"As for the one Mormon running for office, those who really believe in God will defeat him anyway, so don't worry about that; that's a temporary situation." -- Al Sharpton referring to Republican Presidental candidate Mitt Romney during a debate in New York.

Okay, so it's no secret that Al Sharpton is a racist who makes his living by exploiting double standards, but apparently he's also a religious bigot. So where's the massive public outcry? Don Imus was publicly crucified for his stupid comments about the Rutger's women's basketball team and was eventually fired. Will Sharpton receive the same treatment he gave Imus? Doubtful.

You see; the media, being the monstrous liberal machine that it is, LOVES guys like Sharpton. He's a convenient puppet for the left-wing agenda. There'll be some mention of this bigoted statement here and there and most certainly Bill O'Reilly will cover it extensively, but it'll blow over before long. This is yet another glaring example of the double standards that liberals and left-wing activists live by.

...and here I thought the liberals were the very tree-huggers that were trying to define separation of church and state...

Now all of the sudden a candidate's religion matters?

I think its fine to look at their religion. In fact, let's make sure we take a really long look at Barak Obama's past religion....

Hmmmm..... Muslim..... then, before he ran for senate, he changed to Christian....

I am not against all Muslims; I am against radical islamofascists. I am not suggesting that Obama is an Islamofascist, but his religion should certainly be more relevant to our discussion of who should be president than Mitt Romney's.
